- What are the terms of the Return Policy?
- Customers can return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered. Send us the email on care@awarapn.com.
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at care@awarapn.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account.
- If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us on care@awarapn.com.
- Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
- To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to masks and sweat-activated t-shirts. Awarapn may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
- Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
- If you have received damaged product/s, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used payment method within 7-10 working days once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason. If the product item delivered to you was faulty from our end, then we will proceed with replacement of the product. Refund will be only given when we receive the product our end and QC verified.
- If the package of the order received by the customer is not intact or damaged in any way, kindly make a video of the unboxing of the product and share the video at care@awarapn.com.
- For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into particular bank account shared by customer.
